Refund policy

30-day returns. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We don't offer direct exchanges - return the item and place a new order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, usually without requiring the item to be returned.

Lost parcels. If tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll reship or refund in full.
