We ship to addresses across the United States.
- Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
- Shipping cost: $4.99, or free on orders over $45.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Not the right fit? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and checked. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We don't offer direct exchanges — simply return the item and place a new order.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — usually without you needing to send anything back.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
