Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Where to find your tracking
- Shipping confirmation email: look for an email from catscapes with the subject "Your order is on the way". Tap Track your order.
- Your account: sign in to your account to see every order and its latest status.
- Order status page: the link in your order confirmation email always shows the most up-to-date status.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 7–15 business days. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking not updating, or something looks wrong? Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 business days, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
